Software Developers (Experienced):

- Relevant experience in any of our technologies.
Sales/Recruiters:
- Experience in Full Cycle of US/India IT Consultant Recruitment /Customer Sales
- Sound knowledge of IT Skill sets and good negotiable skills.
- Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies.
- Flexible to work in IST/EST time zones.
- Should be result and target oriented.
- MUST have communicate and presentation skills.
- Expertise in calling and Screening the Consultants
- Coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills. Ready to accept challenge.
- Highly energetic, aggressive, dynamic and self initiative candidate.
Technical Trainer:
- Graduate with 1 - 4 years of experience in imparting training.
- Excellent knowledge of Java technologies like Java Basic, JDBC, Servlets, RMI, EJB/J2EE, JSP, STRUTS, Spring Framework, Hibernate etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop learning and other materials guide.
- Ready to adopt new technologies.
- Preferred Sun Certified JAVA Programmer.
