Currently we have an urgent opening with one our client in an IT Company

Location: Bangalore
Position: Media Specialist
Education: B.E/ MCA Fresher
Job Description:
1. Will be required to create pages and adverts for magazines and catalogues using QuarkXPress.
2. Will be required to learn and use Stibo bespoke software – known as “STEPâ€
3. Will be required to manipulate illustrations
4. Will be required to use own initiative in the design and layout of the page / advert
5. Will be expected to work as part of a team, but use own initiative in the day to day production and deliverable commitments to the customer
6. Aptitude to learn new software quickly and under own initiative
7. Shift working will be necessary, covering European and U.S. working hours.

Core Competencies:

1. Exposure to page makeup and design of pages / Layout skills.
2. Knowledge in handling illustrations essential.(Image skills)
3. Use of Adobe “Photoshop†software added advantage
4. Knowledge of Excel, Word – Microsoft suite of products
5. Knowledge of Databases e.g. access, oracle an advantage
6. Excellent knowledge in the use of the English language – written and oral
